"Flaks started as my own personal Executive Leadership Coach to elevate my mindset to a ‘presidential’ CEO.  He ran empowering team building programs and an upper management retreat that elevated our teams’ out-of-the-box innovation and high-performance teamwork.  Importantly, he facilitated some conversations between me and my brother, with whom I have a long standing partnership, and he impressed us tremendously with his ability to take us from ‘good to great’ in our communication and collaboration with each other.  We believe his work had a very positive impact on our company’s culture.  As our coach, Jonathan Flaks was a huge asset.”  Jonathan Litt – CEO - Kohl Construction Group

"Our discussions have certainly helped me to focus on prioritization and long-term planning and your advice has helped my decision making process.  Most of all, I appreciate your availability as a reliable sounding board. You think and act like a partner, which is the highest compliment I can give.”   Seth Kaller, President S.K.I. Rare Historic Documents

"We have also created a huge boost in morale.  Jonathan has helped me with my daily communication, e-mail communication, listening skills and Team building.  He’s been a great coach  - very easy to talk to and always ready with feedback to help me understand myself and tools to improve and grow.   We have seen double digit improvements on safety stats, reduction in idle time and a favorable cost ratio to volume of product shipped.”     Arnie Norse – Distribution Manager – Dean Foods

Other success stories:

- Helped a father and son running a middle-market business initiate a process of leadership transition.  The general consensus was that the father would "never give up any control."  The son now runs one of the 3 divisions of the company and they are growing rapidly and profitably, while working on the next phase of the transition.

 - Helped two brothers running 3 companies turn-around significant work-style differences and recruitment and retenition issues.  Company tripled in size in two years.

 - Helped the General Manager of a milk distribution operation remove 1.3 million dollars of cost from a regional operation, while also increasing revenue by 2 million dollars.

 - Helped a wealth advisor, who was stuck at $1 MM in production, go to $1.4 and then $1.8 MM in two very challenging years (2011-2012).

 - Working with a distributor of supplies to vocational schools, we navigated two rate inflations by suppliers in one year, creatively working with clients to accept the price increase and improve loyalty.   Revenue went up by 5%  or 1 MM  - with NO margin erosion.
